• Developed and improved the website’s features and pages to support the customers' journey experience and achieve business goals
  • Delegated to be the PIC from Product Team to build website’s feature for Ticket Sale and Bazaar Event
  • Delegated to be the PIC to collaborate with the Merchandising and Marketing team to build GWP and Product Bundling feature on Buttonscarves Beauty Website
  • Conducted customer experience research for 10 respondents about shopping behavior through website and e-commerce for ZytaDelia
  • Revamped website pages to improve customer experience and upsell products for example for Benang Jarum Homepage, ZytaDelia Homepage, and ZytaDelia Store Locator, and got 20% click rate increasing compared to the last versions
• Collaborated with the merchandising team, marketing and digital marketing teams, and developers to manage product and collection displays on the website and mobile app for both Indonesia and Malaysia stores including providing customized special campaign pages, collection pages, and payment method
• Handled end-to-end customer journey process on the website and mobile app including payment method and order issues
• Involved in an eventual project to support from the website and tech side, for example, generated an automatic event registration form with the developers
